Helena is an excellent therapist. She has helped me get perspective on my issues and suggested practical ways to deal with them. She has also encouraged me to practice self care such as stretching exercises and deep breathing to Show morehelp me deal with stress. She is very easy to talk to and has a great deal of compassion. I would highly recommend her as a therapist.
Helena Sennessie, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Guadalupe Psychiatric and Mental Health Services in Los Lunas, Albuquerque, and Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Talking to someone who understands is helping with my healing journey

Even though I had filled out the information wrong and put my information instead of my son's she still decided to see him and was very caring and took time to ask me questions to help my son get testing he needs she was great and I highly recommend.
I felt very comfortable and calm, talking with her and sharing my life story from when I was little till now she was able to sit back and let me talk and listen to what I had to say and not interrupt me and I really appreciate that she did give me a little bit of homework to do which I’m OK with and I will be doing this week and I will write it down and share it with her at our next meeting
