This was the first appointment I have had with Hien and it was via tele-health. Hien had obviously read my chart, knew my medical history and my prescription meds. I felt very comfortable during my appointment. I look forward to meeting with her in person at my next appt

The PA well know about my injury listen and give the best care as guidelines but the front receptionist is ao unprofessional rude raise voice so often when talking to patients she makes it so hard for just handling out form to the Doctor to fill She demand appointment which delayed so much time for form to return back to EDD after patient has telephone appointment with Doctor who said form will complete in the same day but that receptionist said not till 7-10 day refuse me to talk to supervisor
She took her time to hear me and understood my needs ,she call me before my time schedule appointment, very nice person.

The doctor actually listened to the patient, she’s really nice and she genuinely cares about her patients health and mental state.
Over all a grate experience. Staff was very friendly . Doctor was very friendly and explained everything very clear and if you have any questions. They will do their best to help you out .

Going to the doctor is one thing, but being listen by specialist is another .She took my concerns seriously and felt comfortable discussing what was going on.

I am hoping northern California MPN or workman's comp DR are not corrupt as much Southern California or like other states. It's been more than 5 years of rubbish, BS I am so confused what really means the name Dr. Or specialist, surgeon communication and a lot respect for their so called professional, professionalism or the just pray one more Italian do justice so to again and again prove something not right ▶️ n Haven to many sick people not one MPN doctor
