NP Hien Lam called me punctally at 3:30 today, as had been arranged She helped me resolve a problem where I was running out of a medication before I could order a refill. An increase had been previously approved but the new presShow morecription was never sent to the pharmacy . Hien offered to coordinate with my pharmacy to get a resolution. Then, she got back to me promptly.
Hien lam was very informative, knowledgeable and also truly caring. She takes her time to answers all my questions. I hope I get to see her again! I highly recommend her.
