NP Hien Lam called me punctally at 3:30 today, as had been arranged She helped me resolve a problem where I was running out of a medication before I could order a refill. An increase had been previously approved but the new prescription was never sent to the pharmacy . Hien offered to coordinate with my pharmacy to get a resolution. Then, she got back to me promptly.
