Very kind and professional
She is easy to speak with, she listens well, no judgements felt when disclosing personal information. She is excellent at following up on questions which I have stumped her a lot. Her explanations and ability to clarify those explanations are great.
As always..we are like family. She should have been a physisian as well...she not only does theripy on me but shes mastered, "my diarrea of the mouth" lol ..she has great tolerance. The only issue i can see is she continues to forget, "duct tape"..this puts her at risk of "ear drum overload"...im concerned...but God Bless her
