Hilary Spears, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients feel their best through a personalized, whole-person approach to wellness. She has been caring for patients in the community since 2016 and is known for taking the time to listen, educate, and help patients better understand their health.
At Katy Wellness Center, Hilary specializes in functional medicine and hormone health, focusing on identifying and addressing underlying factors that may be affecting a patient's overall well-being. She is also trained in IV infusion therapy, peptide therapy, and iron infusions, allowing her to develop individualized wellness plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
Hilary's philosophy is simple: help patients feel better by looking beyond the symptoms rather than simply putting a Band-Aid on the problem. Her goal is to create a collaborative relationship with each patient and provide the education and support they need throughout their wellness journey.
Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, Hilary now lives in the area with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
