My experience with Dr. Shehata and Mr. Ian Lim, APN has been exceptional thus far. They are extremely informative and have great bedside manner. I appreciate their approach and the level of care they provide. In addition, the offiShow morece administrators were diligent in resolving billing issues with insurance coverage for my procedure. I feel confident I’m in good hands!
Ian Lim took the time to answer all my questions. In addition, he explained his answers at one point going to a wall chart to explain liver and gall bladder functions.
