Ian Lim took the time to answer all my questions. In addition, he explained his answers at one point going to a wall chart to explain liver and gall bladder functions. My experience with Dr. Shehata and Mr. Ian Lim, APN has been exceptional thus far. They are extremely informative and have great bedside manner. I appreciate their approach and the level of care they provide. In addition, the office administrators were diligent in resolving billing issues with insurance coverage for my procedure. I feel confident I’m in good hands!
The doctors are great but the wait time is awful, I never wait less than hour in the waiting room.
