I appreciate Dr STEPHENS flexibility on the last appointment. When I realized that I wasn’t going to be home in time, I tried calling in but wasn’t able to get through to anybody about my situation. So I went ahead with the phonShow moree call. It was very reassuring that she understood my situation and we will follow up with another appointment in 2 weeks.
I highly recommend her she is amazing,she really listens to your concerns and what you are experiencing with your mental health.The ladies at the front desk are really sweet and helpful..This office really makes you feel at ease IShow more would give them 10 stars if I could

FNP Stephens, is an excellent clinician, very knowledgeable and caring.
As a parent, I left this appointment feeling disappointed. It was my sons first experience seeking help, & I hoped he would feel supported. Instead, the therapist spent most of the session typing on her computer, making it feel cold & impersonal. After realizing I had mistakenly scheduled a psychiatric evaluation instead of therapy, her attitude noticeably changed. Even my son sensed her frustration. She also raised her voice. We left feeling unwelcome instead of encouraged. I would say 0 stars.

Dr. STEVEN is a kind and considerate person. She is very knowledgeable, and I like the fact that she really understands the medication’s that she’s prescribing for me. And they really do work. I look forward to our meetings and enjoy talking with her.
