I appreciate Dr STEPHENS flexibility on the last appointment. When I realized that I wasn’t going to be home in time, I tried calling in but wasn’t able to get through to anybody about my situation. Practitioner Stephens is prompt, organized, informative and dependable. She has always addressed anything I bring up and followed up. Dr Stephens is always very pleasant and very professional. She goes the extra mile to help out when I’m having trouble with the pharmacies. And she takes concern in my daily, leaving besides just the medication. I’ve been seeing her for over three years now and had no complaints.

FNP Stephens, is an excellent clinician, very knowledgeable and caring.
As a parent, I left this appointment feeling disappointed. It was my sons first experience seeking help, & I hoped he would feel supported. Instead, the therapist spent most of the session typing on her computer, making it feel cold & impersonal. After realizing I had mistakenly scheduled a psychiatric evaluation instead of therapy, her attitude noticeably changed. Even my son sensed her frustration. She also raised her voice. We left feeling unwelcome instead of encouraged. I would say 0 stars.

Dr. STEVEN is a kind and considerate person. She is very knowledgeable, and I like the fact that she really understands the medication’s that she’s prescribing for me. And they really do work. I look forward to our meetings and enjoy talking with her.
