Ilana Harrow, LGPC, NCC

Ilana is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She has experience working with adolescents and adults in the office and school-based settings. Ilana’s clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. Ilana believes that treatment should be tailored to each unique individual and in the importance of a collaborative and nonjudgmental counseling relationship that allows clients to feel comfortable while working towards their goals. Her treatment approach is influenced by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy. She also incorporates mindfulness techniques into treatment.
