Irene is great she listens and understands your feelings. Very patient and give you a chance to express yourself and will give you feedback to help you work through your situation. I never like therapy but with her I feel like I can stick to it.

All therapists are different, but I think Irene is an excellent therapist. I’m getting to know myself better and opening up in a way I wasn’t sure that I could or would, which is helping me take care of myself better. Highly recommend her for women or women with children.
