Intake was efficient and quick. Nurse Tsang and attendant were both helpful, positive, and affable. Nurse Tsang really listened and acknowledged my history of present physical complaint. She also answered my questions and gave Show moreadvice for follow-up. Prescription was immediately sent to pharmacy and I picked it up today. Altogether, a positive experience.

I did not see Irene Tsang. I saw PA Emily Green who was wonderful. Caring and knowledgeable.
We visited there after having a injury after sporting event. I called ahead and confirmed they had radiology and told them I was on my way. I was able to be seen within 10 minutes of arrival and out in 1 hour. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The link to Google didn’t work, but all I have to say is Taylor is an amazing NP! Prayerfully I won’t have to return, but based on the overall friendliness of the staff and practitioners I will definitely recommend.
I didn’t go in for a second opinion. My doctor sent me there to clean my ears and I was refused the service after paying 70 dollars co pay. I didn’t ask for an opinion. My doctor who is licensed saw wax in me ears and sent me to this specific urgent care to get them cleaned and she said she sees no wax which is not true. I can feel the wax heavy especially in my right ear. I felt like I wasted my money and time and also felt embarrassed and laughed at.

Firstly, making a same day appointment was super easy. Did that online. From the moment we walked in the door every single person we encountered was friendly. We were taken back to a room within 5 minutes of arrival. The nurse did vitals and again, super nice (sorry didn’t get your name). However once she was done it was less than 5 minutes and Irene came into the room. Punctual, efficient and listened. Who knew? X-rays, tests and all done at one location? What? 100% recommend!!

My first time using this medical facility. wast very simple!!! I made a phone Call a round 10 :AM set an appointment for 2:45 PM Got a text w/ a link to check in . Arrived at 2:45 and check in . There after Lab sample was done. Irene . Walk in To my room very friendly and professional w/ the Lanb work results. I was out a round 4:30 PM. I highly recommend it ….. Drs. And staff are friendly and efficient. Very satisfying experience ♥️ Thank you 🙏

I’ve been a healthcare provider for 49 years as an RN BSN. I was very impressed with Irene’s bedside manner, professionalism, and knowledge. She has the ability to make one feel very comfortable. She took my whole healthcare history into consideration, when assessing my present problem. It is so refreshing to find a professional like Irene, truly cares about the patient. My personal experience was Great! They provided excellent, professional service and answered every question I had. Also, they were able to see me, get me in and out in a timely manner! Side note, this facility provides a great comfortable seating area with good music playing in the background! Sometimes it’s those lil details that count! TY
