Dr. Walks is absolutely amazing. He listens with empathy, understands my pain, and never makes me feel rushed or judged. His support helped me feel seen, validated, and empowered to take the steps necessary manage my symptoms and improve my mental health.
Dr. Walks is fantastic, he actively listens, expertly diagnoses based off of symptoms and patient report, and he adapts the plan of care as he sees fit. He is available within a few days time for 15 minute followup appointments. However, I have been a patient of Dr. Walks for 5 years now and sometimes there is a disconnect with his staff processing medication refills, ie: wrong pharmacy, incorrect number of tablets to last 90 days and only filling 30-45 days. Thanks for the great care Dr. Walks!
