I feel heard and very well cared for by Jackie. Our interaction was very open and collaborative. Whereas I have felt judged by other mental health practitioners, Jackie listened, asked questions, and helped the ME who was sitting Show morein front of her. She taught me without using words that went over my head. I was also able to secure a nearly ASAP appointment with her which was awfully convenient and helpful. I’m glad to have her as a part of my mental health journey.
Jacklyn is awesome. She’s straightforward and not afraid to be blunt. For me, this is what I want. The bluntness is also backed up with an excellent sense of humor bundled with care and compassion. Aside from her personality, shShow moree is an expert in her field, and was (and still is) a huge factor in changing my life for the better. Untreated mental health conditions are no joke…and she recognized them immediately. I’m lucky to have my first psychiatrist be as outstanding as Jacklyn.

Jackie is knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to talk with and a great problem solver.
Jackie is a wonderful provider. She is caring and listens to all of your concerns. She is open to trying different medications based off of past experience and does take your opinion to heart. I feel heard and that I have a part in my treatment plan.
Jacklyn is an amazing human and professional. I was initially apprehensive about seeking care, but she immediately made me feel heard. It was clear from the start that she genuinely cares about my experiences and is dedicated to helping me find the right path.
