I feel heard and very well cared for by Jackie. Our interaction was very open and collaborative. Whereas I have felt judged by other mental health practitioners, Jackie listened, asked questions, and helped the ME who was sitting Show morein front of her. She taught me without using words that went over my head. I was also able to secure a nearly ASAP appointment with her which was awfully convenient and helpful. I’m glad to have her as a part of my mental health journey.
Jacklyn is awesome. She’s straightforward and not afraid to be blunt. For me, this is what I want. The bluntness is also backed up with an excellent sense of humor bundled with care and compassion. Aside from her personality, shShow moree is an expert in her field, and was (and still is) a huge factor in changing my life for the better. Untreated mental health conditions are no joke…and she recognized them immediately. I’m lucky to have my first psychiatrist be as outstanding as Jacklyn.

Jacklyn is like breath of fresh air. She made me feel so comfortable talking with her. She listened to my concerns, sympathized with my situation, empathized with my issues over aging and retirement. It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed and not dreaded a visit to a psychiatrist/mental health counselor. I recommend her highly and I thank her for putting my mind at ease and the reassurances she gave me.
