Jaclyn Hamlin, MSN FNP

Jaclyn Hamlin is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) specializing in internal medicine and family primary care. She has over a decade of healthcare experience, holding a Master's degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing and certifications from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In addition to family practice Jaclyn also holds an abundance of knowledge in functional medicine practices and HRT therapy. Jaclyn’s favorite part of primary care is the connection she builds with her patients and tries to treat each individual from a whole body/holistic view. In her down time Jaclyn loves spending time with her husband and 3 children doing anything that involves the outdoors.
