PA Jacob Bernotas is consistently caring, patient & professional! My entire family has the utmost confidence in him. My son who lives in San Bernardino will drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Jacob in riverside. I will see Dr. JacoShow moreb instead of driving to my primary care doctor in Chino Hills.
