PA Jacob Bernotas is consistently caring, patient & professional! My entire family has the utmost confidence in him. My son who lives in San Bernardino will drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Jacob in riverside. I will see Dr. JacoShow moreb instead of driving to my primary care doctor in Chino Hills. I call before going to make sure that Dr. Jacob is there! There is no difference between him and a full-blown licensed doctor. We all love Dr. Jacob! 🥰

Everytime I come in it’s fast, easy, and efficient. The doctors always listen and I have never had any complaints.
