We waited about 20 min in the waiting room though we had an appointment, but other than that our experience at this urgent care was excellent. Dr. Jacob is attentive and caring and really listened to my son’s symptoms, as well as Show morecarefully took at his vitals. He diagnosed his bad cold with laryngitis and gave him a medication with taking his busy college schedule in mind. Thank you Dr. Jacob!

I was seeing very quickly, was able to describe my problem and instead of questioning it they heard me, gave me a prescription and then sent off tests to still confirm the issue, but the fact that I got the same care, the same day instead of waiting any longer was amazing. Thank you all!
