This is my fifth time seeing Bernotas. Everytime I go there I feel like he listens to what my problems are. Actually tries to help me figure out what the next steps are. Than tells me what I should do if symptoms get worse. I haveShow more been to plenty urgent care facilities. After being his patient I have chosen to always go there. He makes me feel understood, heard, and cared for. Thanks to him I always leave the urgent care with a better understanding.

Jacob is awesome! My almost two year old hurt his arm running into the couch. He couldn’t move it. Jacob magically stretched out or somehow fixed his arm into place. My poor baby was able to move it shortly after. Thank you jacob!
