I.ve been a patient with Jake since long before my hair turned gray. He is the real deal, one of a handful of physicians who truly care about their patients. He was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he ate ramen noodles and studied hard for his P.A. degree. I was impressed with the friendly, welcoming environment and the clean appearance of the office, as well as the encouragement to ask any questions that would clarify practices and procedures. It is definitely a refreshing change from traditional doctor appointments I've experienced in the past.
We have been with Leading Edge for a few years now and we would change nothing. I can contact Jake or ShawnTee anytime 7 days a week. They both are very caring with any Health issues we have. It is very comforting for us that we have someone too turn to in a time of need.

I’ve been going to Jacob for a couple of years for stemcell injections. I’ve gone to many docs in the past and non have ever explained in detail what the procedure will entail like Jacob has. He listens intently and offers different options on what he thinks will be the best approach to get me pain free.
