Washington State Healthcare Authority Certified Peer Counselor. I have experience working in a residential substance use treatment program from 2022-2025, where I developed and implemented CPC program and multiple group facilitation guides, primarily on grounding practices. I have worked directly with FCS providers and program participants to remove as many barriers as possible to empower access to resources. Attended community recovery related events and workshops on trauma-informed care. I believe in engaging with clients with a trauma-informed approach, providing active listening, sharing recovery story using lived experience and participating in enrichment activities together.
