They say there open from 8 am until 8 what they don’t tell you is they let you sit in waiting room while they take an hour lunch together the doctor is fine but the staff could care less about you and the rooms are dirty

Jacob was awesome. After running the appropriate tests he met me in the room and explained what was going on. We reviewed other symptoms I’d had leading up to my visit that I thought might have been due to something different. He confirmed with what I had going on all my symptoms were definitely a result of my condition. I was very appreciative of the time the staff took to get me in as we’re traveling through the area from Ohio. Thank you Jacob and staff for your professionalism & courteousness

My son had been complaining all day of a sore throat. We took him in to urgent care. The wait time was minimal. The staff was all super friendly and gracious. My son was tested, diagnosed, medicine ordered and we were on our way. Very efficient. All together a great experience! We were dreading a long day but had my son home and back in bed in no time.

Told me to keep an eye on my neck and if it swells or stays the same for two days, go to the ER.

While I had been out of town visiting family, the skies were dark and smoky from wildland fires. My difficulty breathing became worse and progressed to respiratory trouble with bad cold-like symptoms. I returned home mid-afternoon on a Friday in hopes I could be treated before the weekend. I went to Aspen and was soon met by Nurse Beverly who took vitals and Jacob came shortly thereafter. Jacob diagnosed my need, ordered antibiotics and I was in and out in under an hour.
