While I had been out of town visiting family, the skies were dark and smoky from wildland fires. My difficulty breathing became worse and progressed to respiratory trouble with bad cold-like symptoms. I returned home mid-afternoon on a Friday in hopes I could be treated before the weekend. I went to Aspen and was soon met by Nurse Beverly who took vitals and Jacob came shortly thereafter. Jacob diagnosed my need, ordered antibiotics and I was in and out in under an hour. I was a little nervous about seeing him at first because I was having chest pains and he was a guy but he was really nice and soft so it wasn’t that bad at all.

He was one of the best doctors i have experienced talking with in awhile and he really showed he cared about my health and concerns he understood clearly what the flu virus was and where my status was at definitely helped me feel relaxed and I understood what I had to do and that I was doing okay he made sure to prescribe the antibiotics I needed after I told him what I wanted he did a outstanding performance in his duty thank you so much

I was so relieved to be greeted with understanding and compassion when the receptionist could see/hear how awful I felt. The nurse took me back, and made me feel relaxed as I could be in the condition I was in. She was calm and understanding. Dr. Pugh was also calm, and concerned about me. He had an immediate suggestion and didn’t hesitate to help me. Thank you again, I know I came in at the tail end of the hours! Everybody’s demeanor after I’m sure, a long day was refreshing.

Jacob did a great job removing hook and stitching my thumb. It did seem like it took to long for him to come in and numb me. The wait before he first came in did take to long
