I was so relieved to be greeted with understanding and compassion when the receptionist could see/hear how awful I felt. The nurse took me back, and made me feel relaxed as I could be in the condition I was in. She was calm and unShow morederstanding. Dr. Pugh was also calm, and concerned about me. He had an immediate suggestion and didn’t hesitate to help me. Thank you again, I know I came in at the tail end of the hours! Everybody’s demeanor after I’m sure, a long day was refreshing.

Jacob did a great job removing hook and stitching my thumb. It did seem like it took to long for him to come in and numb me. The wait before he first came in did take to long
