I feel that my approach to therapy is flexible and varies based on the needs of the individual. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment within sessions. I am interested in working with a wide range of different people experiencing different life challenges. As a first generation Albanian American I understand that a person may have various cultural identities. I recognize the importance of individual diversity while working with a client. As a native New Yorker I look forward to providing mental health services in New York City. In particular, I am passionate about working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions. My goal is to help people develop solutions to the challenges they face in their lives.
