appointment started on time- checkin papers were relevant to appointment and easy to fill out- during appointment time with Jackie my questions were answered and my health plan was discussed- process is consistant each time and all aspects addressed my needs. Thank you

I had a pre-surgery psych evaluation with Jacque Carbone, tonight. She was very personable, communicated well, and had a pleasant demeanor. I enjoyed the interaction. I would definitely recommend her to others who need a similar service. I can imagine that she is probably very personable and attentive as a mental health professional by the way she conducted herself during our appointment.
