Jacqueline Ponticiello, NPP, FNP

Jacqueline Ponticiello, NPP-C, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practioner, and additionally certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Jacquelin provides integrative medical care for the children, teens and adults of her practice. A graduate of Binghamton University's Family Nurse Practitioner Program, and Upstate Medical University's Post Master's Certificate Program for Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry, Jacqueline has provided care for patients with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Insomnia, and ADD/ADHD concerns since 2010. Jacqueline's approach to patient care emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive evaluation to determine any potential underlying medical causes of the patient's symptoms. She offers initial medication consultations and ongoing prescription services. As part of treatment planning, she recommends, but does not require counseling in addition to medication management.
