When I found this place many years ago, I was so tired of talking to different people at my regular doctor office. So I took a chance and I went into this office and even though it says walk-ins welcome and it was a new office, I Show moresee the same doctor for the past bet that's wonderful 3 years. The staff is understanding a curious every time I see them.

I have à cough à sore throat, and the doctorat doesn't even examiné me. What's the point ? I'm very dissatisfied

They are polite and not over crowded so I was in & out fairly quickly
I’ve had 2 appts now. So far I’m impressed with the staff and the interior is clean. The two ppl I met with were caring and knowledgeable. The outside looks like a 1980’s ranch home that needs some TLC 😜

I am so impressed with the care I am receiving with Jacques Desir. It's been a while since I actually felt like a medical professional was actually listening to me or paying attention to the myriad weird symptoms I've had since covid.
First appt with TLC went well. I was brought into room on time and saw nurse who asked thorough questions about my history and assigned orders for blood draw.
I'm a new patient and was very pleasantly surprised. Loved that they did the labs in the office (saving me from the torture of going to Quest). Everyone was VERY nice and professional.

Ever since I walked in here the first time the staff, Dr desir, have treated me with the utmost respect, care. I recommend his office to everybody. I know they're wonderful people and they listen. The best part is that I see the same doctor every time and I like that and I love that
