I was impressed with my visit. I had a really excellent meeting with my psychiatrist and I left the office feeling good. I was dealing with a stressful problem that was giving me very little sleep. I called in and received an appt. That day. I have never had that experience before. Thank you for amazing excellent service.
Dr. Jakkula is wonderful, kind, compassionate, and thorough.
Very disappointing and discouraging experience, the whole process took about 20 min and the so called doctor didn’t even looked at me. I don’t understand how can someone be evaluated without even looking into their eyes. Very limited questions were asked and the recommendation for the medication was the only focus. Probably would get the same results if I would just google my symptoms and asked for the medication recommendation. Our he’s care system is a joke. I feel sorry for all his patients

Dr is very friendly and knowledgeable and very prompt with sending prescriptions my previous dr I would have to call several times to get my prescriptions he sends it in about 5 minutes after you're appointment

Dr. Jakkula is always open to hear what I have to say, he is kind and very knowledgeable,and always wants what’s best for me.
When I ask questions, Dr Jakkula hurry’s me and doesn’t answer. My kid was sleeping more and his answer was let’s wait and see. He prescribed brand only meds with no substitutions and the price was $2100.00. For one. We’ve seen him a few months, always in a hurry…just re-prescribes. We are not seeing him again.
Overall Ive only had good experience here. My Doctor listens to my questions and concerns and provides me the answers i need to feel at ease.
