Amazing Doctor, been seeing him for 2 years now and never had an issue. If I get sidetracked and forget to call in for my video appointment he calls me directly within 5 mins of my appointment and asks if I’m available for my appoShow moreintment. I’ve never had a doctor do that. Grated it’s not a regular thing for me to miss an appointment it’s only happened 3 or 4 times in the 2 years. I am very grateful and will stay seeing him for as long as possible.
I have had such a great experience since work with Dr. Jagan Jakkula. He is very patient and compassionate. He actually listens to my needs and helps greatly. I appreciate how flexible he is as well. The staff is also very friendlShow morey and helpful. Whenever I have needed forms filled out or have questions about anything, his office makes sure to get back to me promptly. They are also very thorough when scheduling appointments and follow up appointments. Thank you Dr. Jagan Jakkula!

I have not had many anxiety issues until I started with your office. The language barrier is what I'm attributing it to. I have, as hard as I've tried, not been able to make myself understood - from where my prescriptions are to be placed to leaving a message for the doctor. All of this has caused great anxiety & many calls to get my meds. This is not what a mental health practice should look like.

Dr. Jakkula was great today. He took his time with me, making sure I understood the treatment plan. All in all, it was a great experience today.
I was referred to Dr Jakkula as part of my treatment plan at Veterns Hospital in Loma Linda. I have been a patient of his for several years. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about my issues with depression and PTSD. I use his doxy site which is convenient and easy to navigate. I highly recommend and value his support.

I like Dr Jakkula but I'm choosing to change my doctor. After 3 visits, I’ve only met the doctor once with the other visits were via a computer. I had great trouble hearing him and it was a very difficult experience, not acceptable at all. I asked what days does he work out of the office and was told that he doesn’t! He’s ‘virtual’! I need someone I can see and talk to!! I wish Dr Jakkula well but this process just isn’t for me!!!
Really great doctor, will take the time to listen and hear how you feel and sleep. And he’ll find time if you’re having difficulties with any new medications or any side effects.. best doctor I’ve had yet

It was quite thorough.
Unable to easily hear the doctor on our telehealth meeting. I have a weekly Zoom meeting & have not had an audible problem there so assume it has to do with the connection at your end. Also, tried to reach the office to make a follow-up appointment but went through 3 published phone numbers, none of which were correct.
Always attentive and on time Staff is also knowledgeable and respectful and friendly Checks on sleeping status and calls prescriptions following visit Very pleased with dr Jakkal’s and staff
