I’m excited and learning a lot about my own body. For the first time I feel as though a doctor is actually listening to me. As well as working with me, I’m trying to figure out my own body. I’m excited in this journey and glad that Janelle is helping me figure things out. She’s amazing.
Jahnelle took her time to hear my concerns. She did not rush through my evaluation, demonstrated empathy and provided medical education to make my experience one that was not only skilled visit but one where I felt cared about.

Listens to her patients
She was very knowledgeable, didn’t appear distracted with taking notes, she wasn’t quick for prescription medications, she actually listened to what I wanted and what my goals were. I didn’t at any point, even going over my appointment time, feel rushed or like just another number. She allowed me to become comfortable and excited for the health journey that she and I are going to take. I don’t feel alone with it.
Jahnelle was amazing! She was very thorough, asked questions, brainstormed and gave me ideas or suggestions. Way beyond what I expected for an initial visit/establishing primary care. I left with more information from her 40 minute visit that I have received with specialists in 1.5 years. Definitely excited to be working with her!
