Jamelmenique Hoy, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of Balanced Minds & Wellness, where she believes healthcare should treat the whole person; not just a diagnosis. With a passion for preventative care, women’s health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness, Provider Hoy takes a personalized approach to helping patients understand their health and feel confident in their care. She believes in listening first, educating her patients, and creating realistic healthcare plans that fit their everyday lives. At Balanced Minds & Wellness, she provides primary care, preventative services, sick visits, wellness visits, physicals, weight management, and telehealth services. Her goal is to make quality healthcare approachable, convenient, and centered around the individual.
