I felt like I was just a number, a revolving door. I made an appointment to see Dr Baldwin but instead I saw his PA. She was very nice and personable but she wasn’t Dr Baldwin. I went in to get orthotics. She recommended I purchasShow moree the ready made ones so I can learn what or if they work. I need to learn and figure out what my feet need. I thought that was why you went to the Dr so they can determine the problem and how to correct it. later learned the same thing happened to my neighbor.
Upon my arrival the Receptionist gave me a very pleasant greeting. After I filled out the forms I did not have a long wait before seeing Dr. Mary Highsmith. The nurse Veronica was very kind and knowledgeable regarding the Xrays aShow morend the cutting of my toe nails. She was very gentle and I felt no pain during the cutting of my toe nails like I have had in the past. Dr. Highsmith also did very well taking care of all of my concerns regarding my feet. Took too long to get an appointment with a Dr.
The office staff was very friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal. Attention and care was great! My concerns were listened to and I didn't feel rushed.

Very satisfied with medical service provided for foot care by Dr. Baldwin. Physician was very patient and thorough and Achilles has provided my husband excellent service for wound care during the past months. No doubt that my husband would have lost his foot if not for Achilles.
Dr. Baldwin is a well-informed physician whose expertise is immediately evident, and who takes the time to explain a medical condition and the recommended treatment. He did a really good job of putting my Mom at ease, and of inviting her questions and answering them. He is a doctor who communicates genuine care for people.

Dr Baldwin is very personable, thorough and an excellent surgeon. All of his staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The office is very inviting, however sometimes the wait time can be a little long. I would highly recommend him
Aside from incredibly long wait time, it was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the technician was delightful, and the PA I saw was most helpful and professional.

Great staff and Dr Baldwin is very gentle and has a great bedside manner. Very pleased with the visit.
Dr. Baldwin was a very patient, kind doctor and felt completely comfortable with him. I do feel that the internal office needs improvement. Being an ankle/foot establishment, I can’t believe they don’t have automatic door opening…saw several people struggling to get in door.

I waited 45 minutes for an appointment.
The staff are wonderful except for one guy that I had to deal with to reschedule my appointment who refused to listen to what I was saying. Luckily the PA was able to move the process forward by getting me an ultrasound for the surgery consultation.
Good visit
I had fell and injured my foot. He got me in immediately. I'm very impressed with him and the entire staff. I highly recommend them.
I had the pleasure of being treated by Mary Highsmith when I visited this office. She had fantastic bedside manner, was engaging, and easy to talk to. She had answers to all my questions and was careful to explain what was happening with my foot. Hands down would recommend to everyone!
Dr. Baldwin and all the staff at Achilles Foot and Ankle are professional and very knowledgeable. Procedures and future care instructions are explained fully. I highly recommend their services.

A warm friendly atmosphere with an easy checkin. Very clean and comfortable. We registered and was quickly called for appointment. The nurse did her initial assessment and the nurse practitioner came in. The best part was that the 1st nurse remembered something I said and mentioned it to the the NP, because i forgot to ask. Glad she remembered. Great visit. We will return.
