Upon my arrival the Receptionist gave me a very pleasant greeting. After I filled out the forms I did not have a long wait before seeing Dr. Mary Highsmith. The nurse Veronica was very kind and knowledgeable regarding the Xrays aShow morend the cutting of my toe nails. She was very gentle and I felt no pain during the cutting of my toe nails like I have had in the past. Dr. Highsmith also did very well taking care of all of my concerns regarding my feet. My visit was very good and I will be back in 9 w
It was a very busy day. My appointment was at 12 o’clock and I didn’t get to see the doctor to about 1250. Went to a room nurse asked me whyI was there and asked some pertinent questions. Took me for an X-ray and then the nurse pShow moreractitioner came and examined my left foot and my toe.. came back with several options for me and I explained that there are a lot of things happening right now and if I had an option to hold off treatment until things settled down a bit.

This was my first visit. My appointment was for 3:00. I filled out the paperwork in advance as requested. I arrived on time. It took 20 minutes just tog get checked in. I was not called to the back until 4:15. It was after 5:00 before I was done. A prescription was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy. It had still not been sent in the next day by 6:30 pm .
I was given good care and treatment for a big toe wound. Caring employees here!
Excellent service .friendly staff . Patti that provides lazer therpy is the best. Any one wirh feet problems ...please give this group a try
Have always had excellent advice and treatment from Achilles. PA on my last visit who treated my toe issue demonstrated knowledge and skill.
Although when arriving & checking in , the office was packed with patients signing in as well as signing out for another appointment. I heard the office staff was shorthanded that day. HOWEVER the doctors spent accurate time with me, explained my issues to me & treated my issues. The care the doctor & staff gave was excellent!

Dr. Baldwin is a breath of fresh honesty and medical knowledge. Old fashioned caring and follow through allows for immediate trust. He runs a well oiled organization. Trust is easily gained by human interaction and skills. Patients not profits are the main objectives revealed throughout this organization on every level. They saved my foot as well as my sanity from another popular medical orthopedic profit driven organization. Thank God for Achilles Foot and Ankle.

Dr. Bardo (might not be spelling her name correctly) our Physician Assistant, is Wonderful, Professional and Knowledgeable. Diamond, our Manicure Technician, was very Professional and Knowledgeable as well, handling our feet and delicately cutting the nails with No Discomfort. Diamond is very sweet and helpful assisting me to order some shoes. Thank You for Dr. Bardo and Diamond! I took my WW2 veteran father in to get his toe nails trimmed. Nicholas at the front desk was very personal and professional and very pleasant. He was the only good part of the experience. We waited 1 hour to get called back. The person trimming his toe nails never spoke unless absolutely necessary and the person in training with her never acknowledged us. We waited to check out and experienced another person unable to speak. The first time there was great but yesterday was terrible.
The office was extremely busy this morning when I arrived. The front office staff were professional , friendly and courteous. Dr Baldwin’s nurse and PA listened attentively, asked me questions, for clarification. The nurse was very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me as well was the PA. Even though I was about 1/2 hour late getting back to see the PA and the nurse , I never felt rushed. I felt like they were genuinely interested in helping me and finding solutions. Thank you
Lovely lady working check in and out. Checked me in & then arranged for another appt. at check out. She was very pleasant. Nurse Monica was excellent. We discussed my foot issues; she treated my feet and prescribed a medication for me. I was very happy with her care.
