Dr Graubert seemed very compendent. However he was not the doctor I needed. When I called for the appointment I told the person that was scheduling I need a back doctor that could give me a injection for sciatica. Dr Graubert can'Show moret do that. Now I have to pay another co-pay and see a spine surgeon. I spoke with an administrator and told her that I was not happy with the scheduling. She apologized and offered to reschedule me with the correct doctor. I told her no I would go elsewhere. I was very upset because I am I great pain and needed relief immediately. I will take the steroid pack Dr Graubert prescribed and then reschedule with one of your surgeons. I feel like since your employee make the error my co-pay should be credited to my next appointment

Doctor Clancy has treated me for two separate and distinctly different problems. The first one was resolved several years ago and has been totally resolved. The current problem is still being treated and, so far, has resulted in significant relief. I can't say enough positive things about Doctor Clancy.
James Clancy, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon at Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach County, with locations in Atlantis, Boynton Beach, and Wellington, Florida.
While working as a member of PGA of America, Dr. Clancy graduated with honors from St. Thomas of Villanova University in Pennsylvania. He remained in Pennsylvania to earn his podiatric medical degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. Relocating to Maryland, Dr. Clancy completed his foot and ankle surgery residency through the Maryland Podiatric Surgical Residency Program at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
He is experienced and trained on the latest advances in nerve repair, receiving education directly from one of the world’s most renowned surgeons at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Clancy was one of the few podiatric surgeons to be trained on the newest FDA-approved total ankle joint replacement. He has served as the Chief of Podiatric Surgery at JFK Medical Center since 1999 and is the co-director of the Podiatric Surgical Residency Program.

Dr Clancy was excellent! He is the best. However, the front desk employees are the most unfriendly and helpless people. I had to ask the manager to help with verifying my insurance as the front desk person said ”she had no time to call my insurance”. I felt like I was lying about my insurance coverage. At the end it was their mistake. My insurance was verified. And the most important thing, Dr Clancy helped me with my foot as he has done since 2007.

As always, he’s to the point. Gives you his explanation and whatever info he feels regarding your issue. I’ve recommended him to several people. Even my daughter and son-in- law drive down from Port St. Lucie to see him. That alone is a prime plus for him. I also must say I was at the Atlantis location today and Lilly, who was handling sign in patients was absolutely terrific. And this come from my experience as an office manager for a doctor for 9 years.
