Everyone was professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. There was much paperwork to go through but as this was my first procedure I have nothing to compare it too. For anyone on the fence I would recommend this procedure. I looked at multiple procedures and this one came across as the best option minus the cost. If you value your member don’t go the cheap route!!

Dr. J Elist is a wonderful person. Was completely genuine from the first day I met him. He explained the procedure, took his time to Understand the purpose of why I was wanting to go undergo the procedure. He went over highlights of best case and worst case scenarios. The most important key takeaway is that you must following procedure and protocol down to the exact way. James came across and a very caring and patient doctor. He even delayed removing the drainage pipe, wasn’t ready for it.
