In 2016 I did total knee replacement on my left knee it went very good. Here it is 2025 my right knee is hurting so bad I called the number I have for Dr Grimes only to find out he's not working at that office any more . CaShow moren you imagine the disappointment I felt . Went to my primary care Dr told her about the pain I have in my Rt knee it's been 6 months since my knee is hurting me , I am scared to go to another ortho dr. The joy I felt when my primary care Dr gave me his number . Glory to do
Dr. James Grimes office is the 4th Orthopedic office i have visited in the last 2 years. The 3 previous offices all told me I needed Total Hip Replacement of my left hip. Physicians Assistant Morgan Quinn took a look at my left hShow moreip and determined, it is Bursitis. She gave me a Steroid Injection, instructed me on various therapeutic exercises to releive pain. Morgan gave me a "Truthful Diagnosis" She saved me the pain and aggravation of going through an un-necesary Hip Replacement.

I would highly recommend Dr Grimes and his staff to anyone in need of surgery. He did a full knee replacement ten years ago, and three weeks ago mended my torn right knee. i came home with no pain and was walking the beach the next day. tthree days later had stitches out and was told i was able to drive again... He is awesome and staff is very helpful and friendly...

My Mother had fallen and broken her hip. Dr Grimes was very professional and gentle with her. He was very confident and informative with us. We felt very relieved to have him for her Doctor. We took her back to his office for her check up and given instructions on we had to do. He was Very thorough and helpful with our questions. She was very glad to have him for her Doctor.

Dr. Grimes office in Platka, Florida is amazing! The girls are very friendly, very courteous and very quick. They explained everything to me on a matter that I had no idea about. This left me feeling hopeful and good for the future.
My wife went into the office and she wasn’t there 2 minutes and they had her in treatment room. Shortly afterwards they started removing her staples from her arm. Fast and professional service. That’s the way it should be done.
