My experience with Dr. Patterson and staff was very pleasant. Their professionalism and politeness made me feel comfortable. My concerns and questions were addressed.
Always a good visit to the office. I expressed concerns to Dr. Patterson about their automated (AI) phone patient support. I hope to see improvements in communication as the program gets tweaked. Declines for necessary refills without adequate justification. Multiple back and forth emails to resolve. Could have been resolved with a simple call back (as voice message implied I would get, never got).

Efficient, prompt interested in what I had to say. Two great doctors.
Carr and interaction with staff was excellent. The only problem issue is the long wait time. Dr Patterson is thorough and expert in what he does. Quality care takes time. It is detrimental to pack providers schedules and force patients and providers to short-cut the time and interaction necessary for quality care and patient and provider satisfaction.
Dr. Patterson is the best , knowledgeable, and professional PCP in the country !
