Staff are always attentive to my comfort -- I get pampered with cushy pillows, heating blanket, and water. They all have a comforting "bedside manner" during treatments. I do appreciate the Nexgen discount option for paying ahead.

The staff at NexGen are all extremely attentive and encouraging. I appreciate that they always try to accommodate my schedule and take the time to ask how I’m doing.
From making the appointment over the phone to when I got to the office, the staff was warm and welcoming. They answered all my questions (I had a ton) with patience.

Much as I am a coward about needles, the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable, warm, and hydrated with water during IV sessions.
