Again, I went in today and James ReynoldsS Wife is so graciously had James read my blood test which was not part of my appointment. I was just supposed to get my Vitamin shot, but he’s so caring and spoke to me about my Test and aShow morell my concerns and was so informative every time I go to pro health I’m always amazed at the reception I get! I usually don’t like going to doctors offices, but this one is an exception he’s just very educated on everything and I’m learning so much which I never have

I’ve been dealing with hashimotos and hypothyroidism for a while feeling like I was alone. Drs never taking me seriously. Until today after meeting with Dr Reynolds. It was the first time a Dr truly took time to listen to my concerns and not brush them off. Not only did he listen but he educated me on so much more than I had been before. James is always there when you need him . Concierge program. Is wonderful. They really do what they say they do.! James communicate very well and his patient and wants to get to the problem and explain everything and tentative to your needs . I just hope they still are around for my years to come. Very courteous and attentive staff.

After some extensive bloodwork other providers never thought to order, we’ve made some changes to my care and I feel better than ever! Not to mention, the bloodwork was a fraction of the cost versus my old provider. I definitely make the most of my concierge membership - especially the HUGE discounts on the med spa treatments!
