I have (had) a severe hearing loss in my right ear. It became worse over time from an excessive amount of wax/dirt/ etc. that had built up over several years to the point that I had my right earring aid turned to max volume. JamShow moreie to the rescue! She took on the problem with true professionalism, all the time ensuring my safety and comfort. When she successfully removed the last piece of "gunk" that was the size of a .22 caliber bullet, I could finally hear again. Thank you Jamie. ;)
The staff was all very friendly and very easy to work with. Nice space, great area, very clean! We got right in, Explained costs and coverage as I was a self pay patient and worked within my budget on needs. Jamie, our nurse practShow moreitioner, was so great to explain all possibilities with our situation and made me feel at ease, so down to earth, explained everything for us to understand. I would highly recommend this place for your urgent care and medical needs. Jamie was great!!!

Jaime is very enthusiastic and caring. Goes the extra mile to reassure her patients that the level of care is to the expected level of her patients. She is very open to what her patients have to say and encourages input.
This place is so great. Every time we go, we are seen immediately and with great care. We got X-rays taken on site, got my son’s ankle wrapped, and got solid advice for how to treat the injury. They followed up with a phone call an hour later after the radiologist reviewed the X-ray confirming the diagnosis from Jamie. Highly recommend!

My experience at Elite was great.There was no wait and they helped with my issues. They have a very friendly staff and took care of everything from prescribing medicine to taking x-rays.

Jamie is one of the most thorough doctors I’ve ever dealt with outside of California. She’s amazing. It would be worth the drive to go see her. She’s on top of it. She listens to you. She doesn’t run you through like cattle. She actually wants to know what you’re thinking and how you feel and she’s very very thorough
I had an arm and hand wound and went to Elite Care for help. They assisted me asap, cleaned the wound, advised me on how to care for it, and prescribed an antibiotic and pain medication. They were so great to me. I highly recommend them!

Although I didn’t get good news, I felt the care was excellent
I am 78 years old and this is the best Urgent Care facility that I have ever experienced. They were efficient, friendly, professional and most importantly fixed my problem. I don't wish to have any more health issues, but if I do, I will go back to see them.
Ms Jaime EBNOTHER was very patient and polite. She did a fantastic job cleaning out my ears and this is the place I will definitely recommend to others.
Jamie was very thorough during my exam and treatment procedure. She was truly concerned with my well being and comfort throughout. Kudos to the entire staff as well. This was my first visit to the facility and the front desk personnel, along with the Director (Mr. Shulz), made sure that all of my information was correctly entered into the electronic system. I could not have had a better experience anywhere else.
