Jamie Reinke

Hello, I have spent over 20 years working alongside youth, adults, and elderly individuals through a trauma informed lens. My passion is assisting individuals on their journey to overall wellbeing and a better quality of life. I work with populations ranging from teens/young adults to geriatric adults. My therapeutic approach is person centered, focusing on mindfulness while utilizing evidence-based practices-such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I offer both in person and telehealth services.
