Dr Jamshid Faraji, MD?
Dr. Jamshid Faraji is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and lipidology specialist who recently joined the practice of Dr. Dheeraj Kamra. With more than four decades of clinical experience, he brings deep expertise in preventive cardiology, lipid disorders, and comprehensive internal medicine.
Dr. Faraji earned his medical degree from the National University of Iran in Tehran, followed by Internal Medicine residency training at Pahlavi University in Shiraz. He further advanced his training at Bristol Royal Infirmary in the United Kingdom, where he successfully completed MRCP Part I, before relocating to the United States to complete an additional Internal Medicine residency at LAC+USC Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Since 1982, Dr. Faraji has practiced medicine in California across both outpatient and inpatient settings. His clinical focus includes the diagnosis and management of lipid disorders, cardiovascular risk reduction, diabetes, hypertension, and complex chronic medical conditions, while also addressing acute medical concerns with a patient-centered approach.
