Dr. Theventhiran is warm, professional, and very skillful. I've really appreciated having her as a psychiatrist, and I am disappointed to have to move on and find another clinician due to how chaotic and stressful it has been to obtain regular refills. I am told to request refills on the patient portal, and rarely get a response. I then call the office, and the voicemail tells me to have my pharmacy fax a request in for a refill. The only consistent way has been to text the phone number, and even with that, I rarely confirmation that my refill has been issued. I never know if getting my refill will take a day, a week, or two weeks, which is really stressful. The administrative process for this practice leaves a lot to be desired, which is too bad as they have excellent clinicians like Dr. Theventhiran.

Dr. Theventhiran has been a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to understand where I was starting from and always checks in to make sure I'm doing well. Would def recommend her to anyone seeking a great psychiatrist.
