I have avoided the sleep apnea conversation for a long time because my mental stigma of using a CPAP machine. I felt very informed and comfortable with the conversation. I gave 5 Stars because 6 Stars was not an option.
She is an excellent provider, who takes time to listen to her patients. She does not lecture, speaks in plain language and always follows up and asks if you have questions. She is a caring provider and feel very confident in heShow morer abilities to provide the treatment I may need.

I found that Jana explained the sleep Apenia to me and unfortunately I need to use the machine. She explained everything and I feel confidant it will work for me.

I had a disappointing experience with Jana Haney, FNP-C, at Pulmonary Clinics of Scottsdale. During my visits, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, as she continually questioned whether I was being truthful about my sleep issues. Additionally, she dismissed any information from outside sources, refusing to consider relevant data that did not come directly from their office. A good healthcare provider should be open to patient input and external medical insights, but unfortunately,

It was a 20 minute wait but other than that it was a great visit. I recommend you figure out a way to help customers as they come in rather than them stand in line and have three or four people ask if you need help only to tell you to just wait in line.
