Great experience, it was surprising to be seen by someone who actually cares about the patient and conveys a willingness to diagnose and find a treatment that works and then making sure to see how the progress is going. Her personShow moreal character in telling you what she is going to do and then doing it, was really a breath of fresh air, I haven't seen that in a really long time especially in the medical field. She is a professional at the highest teir and I'm hopeful now she will help me get better.
Jana Haney is awesome. Im new to a CPAP I got very frustrated with getting it to work for me that I was just gonna give up on it. Jana was kind, focused, and professional. She obviously knows her field of expertise and discussed my test results and made recommendations confidently. I appreciate experts who can roll their deep knowledge and expertise into a message that is delivered with care and kindness. I have avoided the sleep apnea conversation for a long time because my mental stigma of using a CPAP machine. I felt very informed and comfortable with the conversation. I gave 5 Stars because 6 Stars was not an option.
I found that Jana explained the sleep Apenia to me and unfortunately I need to use the machine. She explained everything and I feel confidant it will work for me.

I had a disappointing experience with Jana Haney, FNP-C, at Pulmonary Clinics of Scottsdale. During my visits, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, as she continually questioned whether I was being truthful about my sleep issues. Additionally, she dismissed any information from outside sources, refusing to consider relevant data that did not come directly from their office. A good healthcare provider should be open to patient input and external medical insights, but unfortunately,
