About Janessa Leach, LMSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker and I've worked with many different clients, that have various presenting concerns. My background is in psychiatric mental health and co-occurring diagnoses. I treat all my clients with empathy and absolute positive regard. Depending on your needs, I customize your treatment plan to achieve your goals and overall well being. I use evidence based practice to ensure you are receiving the care needed to obtain optimal wellness. I love to incorporate mindfulness practice with all my clients and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a foundation for my therapeutic process. I'm a part of Great Care Health Services. Our specialties are psychiatry & medication management and all other mental health concerns. We can see patients individually, and will soon be adding groups to our services. My passion is to help you see your strengths and motivate you with kindness and empathic support in your therapeutic journey, whatever that may be.
