About Janine Cangialosi, LCPC

J Cangialosi, LCPC is a licensed clinical professional counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, sleep difficulties, and stress. She uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, REBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. J creates a welcoming, inclusive space for all, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. She meets patients where they are, helping them break through barriers and make lasting changes that lead to a better quality of life.
