I underwent cataract surgery with Dr. Jason Darlington, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation to the post-operative follow-ups, Dr. Darlington demonstrated professionalism, expertise, aShow morend genuine care for his patients. During our first meeting, he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I felt comfortable moving forward. Today's visit took 2.5 hrs for my yrly exam because of lengthy wait times between segments performed by the assistants before finally seeing Dr. Darlington. It was reminiscent of the unfortunate wait times when he was part of the Show moreprevious eye care business, but which initially, seemed much improved with Atlantic Eye. Also, although I have been his patient for several years, it would be most reassuring and courteous if he would address the patient, me, by my name when he enters the exam room. However, i still give him five stars because, most importantly, Dr. Darlington is an excellent opthomologist and eye surgeon. Anyone can tell that he 'knows his stuff' and can and does explain any visual problems in a way one can understand along with options to resolve those issues. Thank you, Dr. Darlington

Atlantic Eye Associates runs like a well‑oiled, efficient clinic should, and the staff is clearly knowledgeable. Dr. D takes as much time as needed to answer every question. Brevard County is fortunate to have such an experienced ophthalmologist.

Very friendly and very helpful
All the staff were attentive and courteous. The technicians were professional and friendly. When Dr Darlington came in he introduced himself ,shook my hand and I like that in a Professional. He explained about his exam and the findings he discovered . He was very thorough in the cataract procedure he would recommend for my particular case . I was glad I chose him.

On my visit to the office June 29, 2026, I had a thorough examination of my left eye addressing the cataract. The staff was pleasant and professional Dr Darlington gave me his thoughts on the prospect of having surgery to remove the cataract and replace with a Lense in my right eye.
Dr Darlington is always professional, interactive and explains everything. He spends time listening to concerns and actually cares about his clients. He's the best not just in Brevard but in the state from what others have told me, for glaucoma and cataract surgeries. He is always keeping up with the latest technologies for all eye concerns.
The staff and the doctor are very polite and friendly. The only drawback is the time it takes on a busy day.

I received a very thorough eye exam and evaluation for potential cataract surgery. Dr. Darlington was very thorough and caring and didn't use scare tactics with me. He presented facts and showed a video on cataracts. I was very impressed with his professional and caring manner.

I have had cataract surgery plus two lazer procedures done by Dr. Darlington. I trust his expertise completely. He is personable, answers questions in terms you can understand and doesn't have excessive wait times.
Very knowledgeable, respectful, and concerned about proper care. I have many allergies and he took them all into consideration as he prescribed drops. He explained all the types of lenses and crossed out the ones that would NOT be good for my specific situation. Office staff was very good also.
