Prompt, courteous, efficient operation. I checked in on time, waited in the waiting room for only a few minutes. Was escorted to the prep area and prepared for the surgery by Belle most efficiently and pleasantly. I rested on the Show moreoperating table, got my anesthetics and Dr. Darlington came and performed the surgery in short order and I was on the way back home less than two hours after I arrived. The whole process from the initial decision to have the operations to the follow-up visits to the performing surgeon to the responsible optometrist is very efficient and very well executed to doctors and staff alike.

Excellent courteous staff. Dr.Darlington takes time to explain everything throughly and answers questions. Office is very busy but staff is prompt and keeps waiting room moving.
Very professional attentive and knowledgeable with regards to every inquiry and concerns I had.
The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because of their parking situation. I'm a very good and experienced driver and I had difficulties with their site. A vehicle had blocked the lane that circled behind the building and I was forced to reverse in a very tight s curved spot. Furthermore, there was a brand new vehicle (legally parked) on my other side making it almost impossible to get out. Eventually, I had to drive my rear right tire on top of the s curve curb to get out. Luckily, I drive an SUV, but I don't believe a sedan would not fair very well. They need to address this because their patients are vision impair and would have a more difficult time navigating the same situation.

I was anxious prior to cataract surgery, however it was over quickly and am pleased with the result. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I immediately booked the left eye and am confident I will have a good result.
Everything was fine, staff is excellent. The only drawback is the wait times are extremely too long, don’t know if it’s because of over booking or what? I arrived at 12:45 and left at 3:30

It was a pleasant experience to see and be part of a professional, knowledgeable and caring facility --everyone was responsive, kind, helpful and when out of their way to make my appointment a complete success. Dr. Darlington is REFRESING, professional, knowledgeable and treats his patients with respect and patience and most of all listens to you and goes out of his way to make certain that all of your concerns and questions are answered--it was most refreshing to say the least. The entire facility is there to help you and their demeaner reflects this in each and every encounter.
