Awesome bed side manners. I have only been an established patient since this January and first visit did it for me. He took his time and listened to me as I brought him up to speed on my health escapades from the last two years. HShow moree never made me feel Rushed like he had another patient waiting for him. He follows up with my specialists. Like him personally picks up the phone and calls and speaks dr to dr. I also appreciate over the phone appointments . His office manager also great service
I love the Gajraj practice; I started out being taken care of by Dr. Jason's dad, Mohammed Gajraj, when I moved to South Florida in 1992 and I have been there ever since. Dr. Gajraj called me to go over the results of my labwork. It was nice to receive a phone call and not have to take time away from work to visit the office for something simple. He thoroughly went over each test result giving me a thorough explanation. He is kind, patient and answered all of my questions. He is the best primary doctor I have ever had! The staff is nice and friendly too. I highly recommend Dr. Gajraj.

This was an unscheduled visit as a result of requiring short notice surgery. The entire staff of Boca Family Practice was extremely helpful in setting me up with a short notice appointment and were able to get me in to do a pre op screening and accommodate everything that was necessary to have my surgery without delay. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts.
Nothing short of a Miracle finding this practice. Dr. Gajraj has knowledge beyond his years and practice which, a benefits us all. His office staff albeit , very busy are Kind and will go out of their way to work with you. If you miss that old bedside treatment by a doctor who actually listens to you but more importantly discusses your medical status in plain English. I highly recommend you try this doctor because it will be the best decision in your life. They provide a world class customer experience.
So, not because someone can pass the PHD exam means they are a doctor. Jason is a true doctor, he listens very attentively and responds to your concerns one at a time in detail. The entire staff are also wonderful people.

Today was my first time meeting with Dr. Gajraj. I found him to be absolutely brilliant. He was a real gentleman, his bedside manner was nothing I’ve ever seen in today’s Medical practices. Dr. Gajraj has in-depth knowledge of medicine far beyond his years I recognize this because unfortunately I’ve not only had to deal with multiple bouts with cancer and now Autoimmune diseases Dr. Gajraj asked questions the specialists haven’t asked !
