Unbelievable for this day in time!!! From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Paris, called back by a sweet young lady, then a kind young man took pictures I so apologize can’t remember their names My Bad then Chris came in Show moreand He is so very kind, calming, informative and it seemed like we had known Him forever as with Dr. Piefer as well so patient and didn’t seem rushed answered all our questions and concerns. I left and immediately felt such peace of mind. I’m so thankful my good friends referred me to this amazing office!
Dr. Piefer is awesome! He took extra time with me to explain how I’m doing. He carefully explained my status and what to expect as I am healing. Great bedside manner! His nurse Karen is great! She removed my staples and I felt NO Show morepain. She explained everything she was doing in advance and I felt very comfortable. Both Dr. Piefer and Karen are the BEST! I am so happy and so blessed to have such a great surgeon and nurse. The staff in radiology was so helpful. Thank you all of you and God Bless You! ❤️
Jason Piefer, MD, is an experienced, board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician at The Woodlands Sports Medicine Centre in The Woodlands, Texas. He’s dual board-certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Piefer specializes in arthroscopy, orthopedic trauma, and shoulder, knee, and hip joint replacement.
He graduated from Westlake High School in Austin, Texas, where he co-captained the 1996 Texas 5A State Championship football team. Dr. Piefer graduated summa cum laude with honors and a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. While there, he was an undergraduate research fellow.
Dr. Piefer received his Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he received recognition as an outstanding student in orthopedic surgery. He completed an orthopedic residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he trained under team physicians for the University of Alabama, Auburn University, the Washington Redskins, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Piefer completed a sports medicine fellowship with United States ski team doctors at Taos Orthopaedic Institute in Taos, New Mexico. He was the orthopedic surgeon on the sidelines for numerous local high school teams and NCAA Division I football games.
He maintains his advanced credentials with continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Piefer actively assists local high school team athletes with sideline care and is affiliated with Iron Man Sports Medicine.

Excelente Dr.
This is my first time visiting the office.Dr.Piefer.He made me feel very comfortable as I was kind of nervous.I had xrays taken of my right shoulder he showed them to me and explained in detail everything that was going on.He is very professional and I would recommend him to any one.

Just the beat
Dr Sharma is caring, and attentive. He takes time to really listen to everything I say and then addresses every question and concern that I have. I went to him with terrible chronic nerve pain in my right leg, but now I’m getting around pretty much normal again. Dr Sharma is a wonderful Dr., and his staff is great as well. They handle call backs, refills etc. quickly and always with kindness.
Dr. Piefer’s exceptional expertise in treating my shoulder pain led to a fantastic experience that left me completely satisfied. The staff in FM 1488 are very accommodating and provide excellent service.

My experience has been wonderful. I have been a patient for around 10 year and Dr. Piefer has always provided me with great service and information.
Absolutely amazing surgeon. He answered all of my questions promptly and did not mind that I was taking a lot of his time. He got me in for a same-day appointment then surgery two days later. Their office staff always answers the phone on the first call. And I’m talking about the medical staff, which Sometimes, at other offices the medical staff is really hard really hard to get a hold of especially on the first try.

Excellent doctor, great staff! Had both of my knees replaced by Dr.Piefer, he is absolutely incredible! He really cares about his patients and pays attention to details and is able to answer every question you have.
