I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for my clients to be themselves without judgement. I believe communication in an honest way is important in life. That is what I hope to imbue in my counseling sessions with my clients. Listening to and working on one’s own self can get us to the root of any problem. I aim to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while treating a client. My goal is to empower the clients to take a front seat in their healing journey by providing them with the necessary skills and techniques. I believe every client has their own life experiences, cultural values and world views, which are important to address and accept during our journey together as counselor and client to foster understanding, growth and healing.
