Unfortunately, due to some difficult circumstances, I’ve had to visit many doctors, medical offices, and hospitals. It’s rare to find a place where so many good things come together like they do here. I’m glad I received this reqShow moreuest for feedback, because I was already thinking about writing something positive before I even left the clinic. I hope every patient can experience the same level of care. One of the things that stood out the most to me was how many staff members were available to assist patients. I even wondered how the clinic stays in business with so many employees ready to help—but it truly speaks volumes about their dedication to care. The cleanliness of the facility was also outstanding—truly impressive. And most importantly, as patients, what we care about most is feeling like we’re in the hands of a knowledgeable doctor who genuinely cares. Even though this was my first visit, I felt I was in very good hands. The doctor and his assistant outlined a clear and thoughtful plan to help me, and I felt confident in their approach. I feel blessed to have chosen this clinic for my medical care.
I felt very comfortable as a patient here. The office was very clean and I didn’t wait very long before my name was called. The doctors were very polite and professional. I was able to ask all of my questions and I didn’t feel likShow moree I was rushed or unimportant. They were very informative and they took the time to teach me my bones and muscles proper name, so that I can explain where my pain is. I learned how to strengthen my muscles and ways to avoid future injuries which was exactly what I needed. Thank you
Jay Mahajan, DO, is a board-certified neurologist at Las Vegas Neurology Center. He has resided in Las Vegas, Nevada, for over ten years. Born and raised on the West coast, he has anchored himself in Nevada and is dedicated to serving the Las Vegas community.
Dr. Mahajan was selected to be a member of the University of California at San Francisco's biomedical internship program at a young age, sparking his interest in medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Berkeley University and University of Southern California in biological sciences and biomedical ethics, where he was on the Dean’s list and a member of the Biology Scholar’s Program.
After achieving his undergraduate degree, Dr. Mahajan relocated to Nevada where he received his medical degree at Touro University Nevada. Upon completion of medical school here in the Valley, Dr. Mahajan felt invested in the Las Vegas community. Devoted to maintain his medical services, he accepted a position in the neurology residency program at the Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas where he served as Chief Resident. He was awarded Resident of the Year honors in addition to awards for service excellence during his residency.
He is co-founder of Las Vegas Neurology Center and the primary neurologist for Centennial Hills Hospital. He was nominated and elected by his peers to serve as a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Centennial Hills Hospital. In January 2016, he was selected as Outstanding Physician at Centennial Hill Hospital. He is also core faculty for the Neurology Residency Program at the Valley Hospital Medical Center, where he thoroughly enjoys teaching residents and medical students. Practicing medicine and teaching is one of Dr. Mahajan’s greatest passions. During his free time he also enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling.
Dr. Mahajan was awarded the Top Doctor Award for Top Neurologist 2016-2017 & Vegas Top Doctors 2020.

It was my first time at the Neurology Center, I could not have asked for things to have gone any better. First I met with Iris, very friendly personal and knowledgeable. Dr Jay Mahajan, incredibly polite knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything with me and I felt comfortable both with him, and with Iris. That makes for a great combination and when you feel comfortable as a patient with your care providers, it's going to have a great outcome!

Dr. Mahajan was friendly, knowledgeable, very reassuring as I was very overwhelmed. Iris was very professional with a sense of humor and both were able to assure me they had my best interest at hand. The other office members were also very helpful.
Although it is very hard to get an appt with Dr, Mahajan, and the parking sucks, when you do get in he is the most attentive and understanding Dr. I have experienced. Would highly recommend him, if you have ample calendar time to accommodate his very busy schedule, do it.

Dr. Mahajan is such a great Doctor, he really listened to all of my medical concerns. He is determined to get to the bottom of all of my medical issues.

As a patient of Dr. Mahajan for over 10 years, I am always appreciative of not only his knowledge and expertise, but also his kindness, compassion, and thoroughness. He takes time to listen and never makes me feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Mahajan!
I left the office more traumatized than before I got there. It's my belief that I was dismissed because of a bruise on my arm. It looked like I was shooting up, but that never crossed my mind until after my treatment. I have evidence that I had a conversation with meta AI about the bruise and it being from flea bites days before my appointment. I went there to get an MRI referral for an MRI that I was taking on the 9th that could be life or death for me. That went completely ignored and instead I was treated like a liar in my opinion.
