It was my first time at the clinic. Dr Sheffey was delightful! Wonderful bedside manner explained things into depth left me with no questions or concerns. I have to go back next week, I am not concerned at all.
Jaydienne Fontejon, DPM began her professional journey as an undergraduate at the University of California Berkeley. Her path continued to New York where she received a masters degree at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her doctorate degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
Upon graduating, she entered a podiatric medicine and surgery residency with a credential in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. She served as chief resident during her last year of residency where she assisted with the clinical supervision of resident physicians and coordinating dynamic schedules of clinics and surgeries.
Prior to serving as chief resident, she also served as student coordinator where she cultivated a learning environment and schedule for graduating podiatric medical students. Dr. Fontejon is board qualified by both American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).
Her professional interests include forefoot surgery and wound care in the diabetic population. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures through food, baking, and spending time outdoors with her dog.

Dr. Sheffey was able to address my pain immediately. He has a great bedside manner and he is very competent in his role.
Didn’t get appointment. Dr dropped my insurance. Not sure why. Very disappointing but still accepts my husband’s insurance which is the exact one I have. I guess I don’t see him often enough.
Dr. Sheffey was very knowledgeable and kind to me. He gave me everything I needed to take care of my bunion on my left foot for now and the future.
