When meeting with clients, I prefer to take on a nontraditional approach to therapy. I provide a relaxed, intimate and safe environment for clients to unpack the roots of their emotional distress and navigate their mental health challenges. Through Psychodynamic approaches, clients will be provided room to uncover unconscious processes, early life experiences, and relational patterns. We will also engage in collaborative work through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) where clients will learn how to reconstruct maladaptive thoughts and patterns to improve their quality of life.
