I have had the privilege of Jeff being my doctor for 13 years now. My lifelong doctor had retired and I was referred to him by one of my coworkers after a work injury. Dr. Boulet was prompt in getting back to (which I REALLY appreciate, talked to me about my condition and was immediate with the necessary steps to help me.
Enjoy seeing Jeff once a year for getting my health card for my CDL. We have a lot in common with hunting and fishing. He also gives me advice on how to improve my diet now that im getting older. Its always a comfortable visit. The staff is very professional and welcoming.
