The service is top of the line. I enjoyed the detail and one on one consultantatuon with Dr Chase and his PA Barbara. It just so happen that I ended up fracturing my foot as well as my shoulder injury. Dr Chase provided treatment Show morefor both. With a boot for the foot and PT for the tear in my shoulder. I must say the treatment was well worth the visiting. The staff was also great. I love good customer service. The ladies at the front desk made me feel special. And kudos to Lee the financial wizard

Staff very friendly.
I arrived quite late because the address that they show online takes to you to a whole different location. So, I really appreciate them taking me in at a later time. Overall service was good, however I didn't feel the doctor was very patient friendly.

The receptionists were polite. I waited more than an hour after my appointment time before I was seen by the doctor. The doctor didn't touch my knee which was the issue and the interaction was cold and brief. He said based on the MRI report I need to have a procedure. We didn't review the MRI images and he didn't offer other approaches.
Staffs are very welcoming guide u throughout ur doctors visit no long wait nd doctors are concern about ur well being..

A man walked into my exam room 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I never met Dr. Chase before, but assumed that it was him because he seemed to know my shoulder issue, used medical terms and had a computer with my MRI results. Hoping that his diagnosis is better than his personality!
