The staff was very accommodating, wait time was reasonable. looking forward to my next visit
It is my opinion that patients should feel comfortable in knowing that they have the opportunity to speak directly with the physician especially when it has surgery involved. It is more comforting than talking with a nurse practioner. Patients need the assurance of the physician who will be working on their bodies. Will you as a physician have someone open you up before first speaking directly with him or her, I thend to differ. So make it a part of your practice to have a one on one.

You don't change when a service works. Reliable help is hard to find on STX. One cannot beat the care provided by Dr. Chase and his support staff on STX. Okay, so I'm bias.
Dr . Chase explained the findings of my MRI in easy to understand language. He answered all my questions in a professional Al manners. I was pleased with the conversation we had regarding my situation.
Good customers service, very clean and professional
Staff was friendly & professional. Only negative was that my appt time was 1:40pm & I wasn’t taken back into an exam room until 2:40pm. 1 hour in the waiting room in miserably uncomfortable wooden chair was unbearable. Need to get more comfortable furniture for waiting room. Especially for an Orthopaedic office.
This is a very busy office. The phone system is horrible but the front desk staff are great. Very professional and welcoming. The triage nurse is horrible. Aggressive and condescending. You feel like a number and not a human. The PA is fantastic! Great bedside manner. Dr. Chase is knowledgeable and gives great care. I know he is busy jumping from island to island to give care to as many patients as possible. He is efficient and succinct. I feel good about choosing to have surgery on island.

Please provide models or diagrams to demonstrate to the patient about there medical problem for better understanding, especially during the discussions of X-rays, MRI, CT Scan-and etc.
