There weren’t many patients, so didn’t take long for me to be seen. All the questions I had were answered by the doctor and he assured me of any concerns I had. My concerns were taking seriously which I was afraid wouldn’t be.

I went early so there wasn’t any wait, the front desk staff was nice and helped me when I had a question. When attended the staff was nice as well, Jeffery was nice and informative! Overall a great experience, it was quick and helpful!
I was hesitant to go back to apple urgent care because I had a very bad experience before with a different doctor that wasn’t just rude but very mean. Since I was on my lunch I decided to give them a try again. I was so surprised to see a different doctor who wasn’t mean and rude, he actually checked me let me know that yes I do have 2 ear infections and changed my medication.
