Raised in Clinton Township, Michigan, Dr. Kandt graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Shortly after graduation, he attended medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit.
Dr. Kandt completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania before returning to the University of Michigan for his fellowship in interventional pain medicine. He is interested in musculoskeletal and nerve disorders, which he treats utilizing ultrasound and fluoroscopic methods.

Office is very friendly. Never a long wait to be seen. Doctor and Physician Assistant always focused on me and my problems. Clean waiting room and exam rooms, bathrooms. Have been going to a few years now.
