I never have to wait as long at Dr. Kandt’s as I do at other doctors offices. It’s usually in and out within a half hour. Even when I had a shot procedure done by Dr. Kandt, it still only took 45 minutes to an hour before we werShow moree all done. They are always exceedingly polite, taking a real interest in my wellbeing. Dr. Kandt has done an excellent job of relieving my pain, when many others I’ve seen didn’t do as good a job. I highly recommend Dr. Kandt and his office as a pain management specialist.

Raised in Clinton Township, Michigan, Dr. Kandt graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Shortly after graduation, he attended medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit.
Dr. Kandt completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania before returning to the University of Michigan for his fellowship in interventional pain medicine. He is interested in musculoskeletal and nerve disorders, which he treats utilizing ultrasound and fluoroscopic methods.

Dr Kantz is so kind and friendly, he makes you feel comfortable right away. I was so scared to have needles in my hips and back but I didn't feel anything. His staff is right there talking and taking your mind off of what's happening. I would recommend him to everyone that has pain problems. ThanK you Dr. KANTZ FOR HELPING ME MANAGE THIS AWFUL PAIN.
