I never have to wait as long at Dr. Kandt’s as I do at other doctors offices. It’s usually in and out within a half hour. Even when I had a shot procedure done by Dr. Kandt, it still only took 45 minutes to an hour before we werShow moree all done. They are always exceedingly polite, taking a real interest in my wellbeing. Dr. Kandt has done an excellent job of relieving my pain, when many others I’ve seen didn’t do as good a job. I highly recommend Dr. Kandt and his office as a pain management specialist.

Raised in Clinton Township, Michigan, Dr. Kandt graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Shortly after graduation, he attended medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit.
Dr. Kandt completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania before returning to the University of Michigan for his fellowship in interventional pain medicine. Out of necessity, I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Kandt. At 84 years old and not being computer-savvy, I was a little hesitant about seeing the doctor in this manner, but the office made everything easy by initiating the call. I was able to explain my problem and Dr. Kandt was kind, patient, and very helpful. I appreciated how comfortable and positive the entire experience was.

Dr. Kandt and his staff were amazing. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and scheduled for steroid shots in my spine and also P.T. Between both him and the Physical Therapists in 2 months I am 95% better. So glad my Primary Care dr. sent me to him. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Kantz is so kind and friendly, he makes you feel comfortable right away. I was so scared to have needles in my hips and back but I didn't feel anything. His staff is right there talking and taking your mind off of what's happening. I would recommend him to everyone that has pain problems. ThanK you Dr. KANTZ FOR HELPING ME MANAGE THIS AWFUL PAIN.
