She is the most genuine therapist I’ve ever met. She truly cares about what you’re going through and gives you the tools to help cope with whatever you’re doing through. I HIGHLY recommend her, you don’t be disappointed.

Today was my first step into the world of therapy. I was anxious and didn’t know what to expect. My interaction with Jen from start to finish was nothing but calming positive energy and a sense that I was right where I was suppose to be!
