Jenna Seiss

Jenna is a person-centered counselor who believes healing and growth happen best in a safe, respectful, and supportive space. She views each client as the expert on their own life and sees her role as walking alongside them while they remain in charge of their path. She creates a collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to explore, reflect, and pursue meaningful change. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, Jenna tailors her approach to each client’s needs while staying grounded in a person-centered foundation. She works with concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, chronic illness, and life transitions. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed or simply stuck, Jenna meets them at their own pace, helping them build a process that feels sustainable. She believes therapy isn’t about being “fixed,” but about being supported in discovering one’s own direction.
